Payroll Accountant & Bookkeeper (Standalone Role)

SaverOne develops a life-saving technology that prevents mobile phone use while driving and is located in Petah Tikva.

We are looking for a Payroll Accountant & Bookkeeper (Standalone Role) to join us and take full ownership of the company’s day-to-day financial operations.

The role includes end-to-end responsibility for payroll, bookkeeping, payments, reconciliations, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Full payroll processing: onboarding, time & attendance, payslip preparation, and statutory reporting.
• Bookkeeping up to trial balance.
• Bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
• Tracking Cash-flow status on an ongoing basis.
• Work with external CPA, authorities, and institutions.
• Daily bookkeeping activities in Priority ERP.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a standalone payroll & bookkeeping professional — must
• Certified Payroll Accountant from a recognized institution
• Bookkeeping certification up to balance sheet — significant advantage
• Hands-on experience with Priority ERP — must
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, accuracy, initiative, and high attention to detail
• Immediate availability — advantage
