Project Manager - Dubbing & Entertainment Industry
We’re looking for a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to join our fast-paced, creative team!
In this role, you’ll manage multiple dubbing and localization projects from start to finish - coordinating freelancers and vendors, keeping things on track, and ensuring top-quality delivery.
What you’ll do:
- Oversee several projects simultaneously - from planning to execution.
- Build and manage teams of freelance Adapters and other professionals.
- Coordinate with vendors and maintain clear communication across teams.
- Track schedules, quality, and budgets to meet client deadlines.
- Prepare project documentation and reports.
- Handle internal payment orders and ensure smooth workflows using tools like Slack, Google Drive, and ClickUp.
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in project management - ideally in dubbing, localization, or entertainment (but not a must!).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools (Google Drive, Slack, ClickUp, etc.).
- Fluent English; Spanish is a big plus.
- Audio/video editing experience is an advantage.
