This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Engineer located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, with the option for partial work from home. The Senior Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software systems. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, optimizing application performance, and ensuring best practices in coding. The individual will lead technical projects, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to strategic planning for software architecture.

• Experience in Software Development, Programming (e.g., Python, Java, or similar), and Application Design
• Proficiency with Software Architecture, System Design, and Cloud Technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Knowledge of Machine Learning, Data Analysis, and AI systems
• Expertise in Problem Solving, Debugging, and Performance Optimization
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Background in AI, HealthTech, or SaaS is a significant plus
