It also delivers actionable analytics that boost ROI and unlock new revenue streams for venues and brands.

We’ve already received strong interest from major retailers in Israel and the United States, and are advancing discussions toward pilot deployments.

About the Role

A Co-Founder & CTO to take full technical ownership - defining the architecture, leading MVP development, and shaping the technology roadmap as we prepare for the next steps.

The role will begin part-time during the pre-funding stage and evolve to a full-time position with salary once funding is secured. The ideal candidate combines:

·         Builder-first: ships a simple MVPs end-to-end (architecture → code → deploy).

·        Core stack: Computer Vision, Edge integration (cameras/video/on-device inference), Full-stack (APIs, DB, React UI).

·        Product sense: prioritizes ruthlessly, turns venue feedback into roadmap.

·        Founder energy (without ego): high ownership, clear communicator, calm under ambiguity, supports fundraising/tech diligence.

The CTO will play an active role in the fundraising process and share meaningfully in the company’s long-term success.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing a lean, scalable system architecture.
• Leading integrations across cameras/video pipelines and data services.
• Standing up DevOps, cloud, and basic data frameworks from the ground up.
• Collaborating on product direction and technical strategy/prioritization.
• Recruiting and mentoring the early engineering team post-funding.

Qualifications

Required:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in software development, architecture, or infrastructure.

·        DevOps & Cloud

·        High Ownership & Clear Communication

Preferred:

• Prior involvement in startups, seed-stage ventures, or co-founding teams.
• Familiarity with adtech/retail media or event-driven architectures.

Compensation and Terms

This is a pre-funding co-founder position with equity-only compensation at the start.

• Following external funding, it transitions to a full-time salaried role.
