Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to lead our global social presence across multiple platforms and languages. This role involves managing our multilingual social media strategy, creating and publishing engaging video content using the BIGVU platform, and coordinating a team of community managers worldwide.
You will oversee content strategy, production, publishing, and engagement — ensuring BIGVU’s brand voice is consistent and vibrant across all regions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Strategy & Management
• Develop and execute a global social media strategy across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
• Manage multilingual accounts, ensuring consistent messaging while adapting to regional and cultural nuances.
• Maintain and update a content calendar to ensure daily posting and consistent community engagement.
2. Content Creation & Publishing
• Create engaging social videos using the BIGVU platform — including scripting, recording, editing, and publishing.
• Optimize video content for each platform’s format and best practices (shorts, reels, stories, etc.).
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to produce complementary visuals and copy.
3. Team Leadership
• Manage and coordinate a team of community managers responsible for posting and engaging in different languages and regions.
• manage creative direction, performance feedback, and ensure adherence to global brand guidelines.
4. Engagement & Community Building
• Foster meaningful interactions with followers — especially on TikTok, where responsiveness is crucial.
• Monitor comments, messages, and community sentiment, escalating issues when necessary.
• Identify and engage with influencers, creators, and brand advocates in relevant markets.
5. Analytics & Optimization
• Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and adjust strategies to maximize impact.
• Report regularly on content performance and audience growth across platforms.

Qualifications
• experience in social media management, preferably with a focus on video content.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and analytics.
• Skilled in video creation and editing — familiarity with BIGVU or similar platforms is a major plus.
• Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
• Passion for storytelling, creativity, and staying ahead of social media trends.
