Field technician student

WDS Technologies, an innovative startup in the field of autonomous drones, is looking for a student to join as a Field Technician for Autonomous Drone Systems.

Job Description:

Technical fieldwork involving the operation, testing, and maintenance of advanced autonomous drone systems.

The work is mainly carried out at night and on weekends, according to the scanning schedules and system activity.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage autonomous drone systems at various sites across the country.

• Perform pre- and post-flight checks.

• Download and perform initial verification of logs and telemetry data.

• Identify malfunctions and report to the development team.

• Participate in version deployments and system testing.

Requirements

• Student studying for an engineering diploma or a B.Sc. in Software / Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical Engineering.

• Technical background and ability to work with computers (basic Linux knowledge preferred).

• Responsible, organized, communicative, and capable of working independently in the field.

• Valid driver’s license – required.

• Availability for night shifts and weekend work – required.
