• Manage in-game operations using our proprietary back-end system, including setting up promotions, controlling features, and implementing pricing configurations
• Oversee external game activities, such as setting up ongoing and daily emails, web content, and segmented protocols
• Collaborate with development teams to continuously improve operating systems
• Conduct thorough testing of activities and features before production release
• Foster strong cross-unit collaboration within the studio
• Work closely with R&D and back-office development teams
• Serve as a focal point for Operations in feature development processes, participating in task forces, and collaborating with product managers
• Potential to take charge of specific domains within the Operations team, such as improving internal processes, product focus, or customer-oriented projects

• Tech-savvy mindset
• Customer service-oriented approach
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Fluent English & Hebrew
• Ability to prepare test documentation (test cases, checklists, etc.)
• Experience in Technical Field jobs (e.g., QA, Technical & Operations) - Advantage
• Experience with project management software (we use Asana) - Advantage
• Experience working with JSON & admin Backoffice systems – Big Advantage!
