Conference Coordinator and Producer

Your role will include:

The position includes full responsibility for managing and producing scientific and international conferences, from the planning stage through on-site execution and event follow-up.

Main Responsibilities:

• End-to-end project management – planning, coordination, and on-site operations.

• Managing the conference budget, including fundraising, negotiations with vendors, payment collection, and issuing purchase orders.

• Overseeing all logistical aspects of conference production and managing interfaces with internal and external suppliers.

• Handling speakers and guests, including travel, accommodation, and transportation arrangements.

Skills and abilities:

• Proven experience in organizing and managing international conferences – mandatory.

• Academic degree.

• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills in both writing and speech.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Service-oriented, responsible, and able to perform well under pressure.

• Availability to work irregular hours as required by conference schedules.
