We are recruiting a Senior Lead Software Engineer – Tech Lead for a global cybersecurity company located in central Israel.

Responsibilities:

-Lead the development and delivery of complex backend systems

-Oversee and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring best practices and high standards are maintained

-Drive architecture decisions, including system design and technology selection

-Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of the systems

Requirements:

5 years of experience in infrastructure and backend development in Golang/Java
3 years of experience in technical leadership roles – Tech Lead.
Experience working with AWS
Knowledge of Microservices, distributed systems, and Kubernetes
Experience with the following technologies and tools: Elasticsearch, ClickHouse, and messaging tools such as Kafka, NATS, and Redis
