Co-Impact: The Partnership for a Breakthrough in Arab Employment is a groundbreaking nonprofit organization aimed at dramatically increasing the number of Arabs working in the private sector in Israel.

Our work is based on two key pillars: empowering the private sector to take the lead toward a breakthrough in the full and adequate integration of the Arab population in employment, society, and the Israeli economy.

About the Role:

Knowledge, Tools & Methodology Development specialist will lead the development, implementation, and integration of knowledge assets, tools, and methodologies that support the organization’s goals. This role combines expertise in content development, partnership management, and knowledge management.

Responsibilities:

Collect, organize, document, and maintain professional knowledge.
Manage the organizational knowledge portal.
Design and maintain professional tools and methodologies for organizational consulting.
Develop models and tools that strengthen cross-Cultural training as part of organizational development.
Manage and maintain partnerships with professional entities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Psychology / Behavioral Sciences / related field — required.
Experience in developing and managing organizational or professional content — required.
Experience in developing tools, methodologies, and measurable indicators — required.
Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills.
Independent and self-driven with high interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
Experience working with knowledge/content management systems or portals — an advantage.
Master's degree is a plus
Prior exposure to or knowledge of the DE&I field strongly preferred.
