Junior Procurement Manager

Looking for a Procurement Manager for a key role in a young, successful, and dynamic real estate company!

Location: Tel Aviv (Kaplan area).

Full-time position (combination of office and field work).

Job Description:

• End-to-end management of the procurement domain (sole function within the organization).
• Sourcing suppliers and conducting complex negotiations both domestically and internationally (emphasis on import from China, furniture, and finishes).
• Managing the logistics system: inventory control, warehouse management, and transportation to client sites.
• Direct management of an operational team - Logistics Manager and Driver.
• Close and ongoing collaboration with the Architecture and Execution (Construction) departments.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Procurement Manager in a real estate company/co-working spaces/hospitality, etc. – Mandatory.
• Full proficiency in Priority and Excel software – Mandatory.
• High negotiation skills, assertiveness, and excellent interpersonal relations.
• Ability to work at a high pace in a young and energetic environment.
