The Role – Lead, Inspire, Deliver
As Team Lead for Corporate Sales (New B2B Acquisitions), you will lead a high-performing team of sales executives with a clear goal: acquiring new corporate clients to join the 10Bis platform. You’ll drive performance, inspire your team, and ensure we consistently hit aggressive sales targets.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and Motivate: Coach, develop, and inspire your team through hands-on training, field support, and ongoing personal and professional development.
- Drive Results: Take full ownership of the team’s acquisition targets, monitor KPIs, and implement strategies to continuously improve performance.
- Optimize Processes: Work with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) to manage the sales funnel, track conversions, and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with Management: Serve as the main point of contact between the team and leadership, setting ambitious yet achievable goals and ensuring execution excellence.
- Proven B2B Sales Experience: 3+ years in B2B sales, with 2+ years in a leadership role managing field or inside sales teams.
- Track Record of Success: Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed targets.
- Leadership and Coaching: Strong ability to motivate and develop sales executives to reach their potential.
- CRM Expertise: Deep working knowledge of Salesforce or other major CRM systems.
- Communication and Influence: Excellent presentation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze sales metrics and use insights to improve processes.
- Languages: Fluent in Hebrew and English (written and spoken).
