Legal Counsel

We’re looking for a talented and motivated Legal Counsel to join our in-house Legal team and serve as our sole counsel in Israel.

This is a full-time maternity cover with the potential to transition into a longer-term role for the right person.

You’ll report directly to our General Counsel and work closely with multiple teams across the business, supporting a diverse mix of commercial and operational matters.

What you’ll do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, including NDAs, vendor and alliance agreements, and customer SaaS agreements.
• Support internal teams - Marketing, Sales, Finance, HR, and more - helping the business move fast while balancing legal & business needs
• Apply privacy & data protection principles (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) in contract reviews and compliance
• Work with the General Counsel & outside counsel on additional legal + compliance projects
• Bring your own expertise to the table - from litigation and M&A to employment law, compliance, or governance - you’ll find opportunities here to apply your strengths and expand your skills.
• Help us evolve & automate legal workflows - we’re an AI-driven company, and Legal is part of that journey.

What you Bring(g)

• LLB, JD, or equivalent and a license to practice law in Israel.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial or technology transactions, ideally including B2B SaaS agreements.
• Strong drafting & negotiation skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues
• Knowledge of privacy + data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, Israeli law, etc.)
• Experience with Israeli employment law (advantage)
• Fluency in English.
• A self-starter mindset, curiosity, and energy to take initiative in new areas.
• A positive, pragmatic, and collaborative attitude.
• Comfortable learning and working with tech tools
