Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Azor for a Follow-up referent. The role involves managing day-to-day freight forwarding operations, organizing shipments, liaising with carriers and clients, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. Key responsibilities include coordination with off shore agents or our own offices, ocean booking based on customer’s needs, preparing and verifying shipment documentation, tracking shipments, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining compliance with international shipping regulations. Collaboration with internal teams and external partners will play a crucial role in ensuring operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience with freight management, cargo handling, and logistics planning
• Skills in communication, client relations, and problem-solving
• Ability to prepare documentation and ensure compliance with shipping regulations
• Proficiency in technology
• Strong organizational skills and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant experience or education in logistics, or transportation
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality service
