Hey 👋 I’m Tomer, CTO at No Barrier.

We’re a small and passionate team building AI technology that helps doctors and patients communicate — even when they don’t share a language.

Our platform is already used by healthcare organizations every day, and it’s making a real impact for people who otherwise struggle to access care.

We’re now looking for our first engineer to join the journey — someone who loves to build, move fast, and take ownership.

This is a hands-on role, working directly with me on everything from architecture and infrastructure to new features and AI integration.

You’ll help shape the product, the tech, and the future team.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience with modern web development (React, Node.js, TypeScript or similar)
• Comfortable working with cloud-based systems (AWS, Docker/K8s, CI/CD)
• Builder mindset — hands-on, practical, and eager to learn
• Team player with good communication and a positive attitude

Nice to have:

• Experience with real-time systems, streaming, or audio processing
• Familiarity with AI / LLMs / prompt engineering
• Interest in healthcare or other high-impact domains
