Senior QA Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer to join a global team developing advanced simulation and training systems. The position involves manual testing of multidisciplinary products that combine software, hardware and algorithms.

Responsibilities:

Lead QA activities and define testing strategies across several projects

Design and execute detailed test plans (STP, STD, STR) for system and software integration

Analyze results, identify issues and collaborate with development teams to resolve them

Support continuous improvement of QA processes and post release validation

Requirements:

At least five years of experience in software QA including technical leadership

Experience testing complex systems that include hardware and software components

Strong background in manual testing, documentation and defect management (Jira preferred)

Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills

Fluent English, both written and spoken

BSc in Engineering, Computer Science or ISTQB certification
