Quality Engineer

About Us:

HSL (High Sec Labs), a leading cybersecurity high-tech company, is seeking a Quality Engineer to lead quality activities throughout the product lifecycle: from design and development, integration and production, to testing and customer release. This includes supporting quality in development and production projects, creating quality plans and documentation (QAP, ATP/FAT, FRACAS), supplier and subcontractor control, production line and lab support, failure investigation and corrective actions (8D, RCA, CAPA), and compliance with security standards and regulations (AS9100, ISO 9001, IPC-A-610/620, MIL-STD).

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical, or Industrial & Management Engineering (Quality specialization preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in quality engineering for multi-disciplinary systems in defense or aerospace sectors.
• Experience in quality control of electromechanical assemblies (PCBA, wiring, cables, connectors, sensors).
• Familiarity with statistical quality tools (MSA, SPC, FMEA).
• Proficiency in Office, ERP systems (SAP / Priority), and PLM.
• High-level technical English – reading, writing, and speaking.

• CQE/CRE/CMQ-OE (ASQ) certification or equivalent.
• IPC-A-610 certification.

• Ability to lead and coordinate across interfaces.
• Teamwork and working under pressure.
• Attention to detail combined with systemic vision.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and high-level technical writing.
