About the Role

We're looking for a curious and talented AI & Automation Specialist to join our technology innovation team. In this role, you'll lead the integration of AI into our financial services, helping us transform how our clients work.

This position sits at the intersection of finance and technology. You'll take manual processes and make them smarter, faster, and more accurate - creating real value for accountants, bookkeepers, and finance teams every day.

Responsibilities:

• Spot opportunities where AI and automation (RPA, LLM) can improve financial workflows.
• Design and implement AI solutions including OCR, NLP, and automated reporting.
• Connect financial systems (ERP, CRM, banking platforms) with AI and automation tools.
• Own projects from proof of concept through production and ongoing optimization.
• Partner with business teams to understand needs and deliver solutions that work.
• Create training materials and guide users through new systems.
• Track performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure all solutions meet privacy and security standards alongside our CISO.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems / Industrial Engineering & Management / Accounting / or other relevant field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience implementing information systems- BI, ERP, RPA, or technology projects in the financial domain.
• Deep familiarity with one or more of the following tools/technologies: Automation tools (Power Automate, Make, CoPilot Studio, etc.) / Generative AI / Integration tools.
• Experience writing scripts- significant advantage.
• Understanding of financial processes like accounting, bookkeeping, or financial reporting- significant advantage.
