This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Engineer located in Migdal HaEmek. The Production Engineer will oversee production planning, ensure quality control, and optimize the manufacturing process. Responsibilities include resolving production issues, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and monitoring workflows to improve efficiency. The role requires proactive problem-solving and maintaining compliance with industry standards to meet organizational goals.

• Proficiency in Production Engineering and Production Planning
• Strong Analytical Skills to identify and resolve production challenges
• Experience in implementing and upholding Quality Control processes
• Excellent Communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders
• Detail-oriented and adaptable with a proven ability to work under deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• Familiarity with semiconductor production processes is a plus
