This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager ("מנהל/ת כספים") located in Ahihud. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, financial planning, reporting, cash flow management, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The role involves working closely with senior leadership to support decision-making and maintain financial health. Additional tasks include analyzing financial data, handling audits, and providing strategic financial insights.

• Proficiency in budgeting, financial planning, and cash flow management
• Experience in preparing financial reports and performing data analysis
• Expertise in compliance with local and international financial regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Familiarity with financial systems and accounting software
• Relevant experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector preferred
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Fluency in Hebrew required; proficiency in English is highly advantageous
