Role Description:
🔹Lead a small, top-tier R&D team developing an acoustic detection system
🔹Take full ownership of projects, from concept and algorithm design to real-world deployment
🔹Combine physics insight with practical engineering to deliver operational solutions
🔹Drive projects from concept all the way to deployment in the field
🔹Collaborate directly with customers and partners to integrate and refine solutions
What We’re Looking For:
✔️B.Sc. or higher in Physics / Electrical Engineering
✔️4+ years of R&D experience
✔️Strong hands-on skills in Python and Signal Processing
✔️Technically driven, independent, and an excellent communicator
Advantages if you have:
✨ Experience with team leadership
✨Background in acoustics, DOA, or beamforming
✨Experience working with customers
