Product Manager - AI & Funnel Optimization

We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager to lead high-impact, cross-platform initiatives and drive funnel optimization, blending business strategy and technical innovation. You’ll take ownership of critical horizontal product areas, working closely with PMs, engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is independent, execution-driven, and comfortable leading initiatives end-to-end. You’ll combine deep technical understanding, especially in marketplaces and AI/ML, with the ability to translate insights into business impact.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead Yad2’s funnel optimization, improving business efficiency and creating measurable impact
• Identify and drive AI and automation across Yad2’s platforms and processes
• Optimize the conversion flows and customer journeys by analyzing performance metrics and user behavior
• Have full product lifecycle ownership from concept to launch and delivery, including research, roadmap creation, tasks breakdown and prioritization
• Collaborate with Business stakeholders, Product Managers, Data Engineers, R&D and Design to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions on time
  
  

• 4+ years of experience in Product Management
• Experience in B2C digital platforms, marketplaces, or e-commerce
• Strong technical background (Computer Science or equivalent), with hands-on understanding of AI/ML applications
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact
• Ability to think strategically while executing tactically, both a thinker and a doer
• Strong analytical mindset, able to use data to guide decisions and measure outcomes
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
