Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Reservations Manager located in Tel Aviv-Yafo. The Assistant Reservations Manager will oversee day-to-day reservations operations and ensure seamless customer service delivery. Responsibilities include managing the reservations team, monitoring booking processes, optimizing room availability and pricing strategies, and training team members on procedures. The role also requires maintaining close collaboration with sales and front office teams to maximize revenue and uphold service excellence.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Reservations management and optimization processes
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to enhance guest experience and team coordination
• Fluent English (Mandatory), Fluent Hebrew (Advantage)
• Experience with Opera or Opera Cloud (PMS) is an advantage
• Attention to detail
• Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in luxury hotels, is a significant advantage
