About the role

As our Business Excellence Champion, you’ll play a key role in building and sustaining a culture of excellence. You’ll lead cross-functional improvement projects, develop best practices, and guide teams toward smarter and more efficient ways of working.

What You’ll

• Lead cross-organizational improvement projects – analyze current vs. desired states, identify gaps, and create actionable implementation plans.
• Establish and lead the Excellence Ambassadors Group – identify representatives across departments, conduct workshops, and execute the annual excellence roadmap.
• Train and mentor managers, employees, and ambassadors in continuous improvement methodologies.
• Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making .

• What We’re Looking For
• 3–6 years of experience in Operational Excellence or cross-organizational processes improvement.
• Proven command of continuous improvement tools and methodologies (Lean, VSM, Kaizen, etc.).
• Strong leadership and the ability to influence without authority.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
• High level of English (spoken and written).
• Academic degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration
