Following our success in connecting English-speaking clients globally, we are proud to announce the expansion of Shemesh Therapy into the Israeli market. As part of our initial pilot, we are onboarding five outstanding Israeli Clinical Psychologists to join our growing network.

The Role

We are seeking warm, professional, and growth-oriented Hebrew-speaking Clinical Psychologists to provide online therapy sessions to individuals across Israel.

You will be part of a team shaping the future of mental health accessibility — combining compassionate clinical work with innovative systems that enhance connection and care.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct online therapy sessions in Hebrew (and English if possible)
• Maintain accurate case notes and uphold the highest ethical standards
• Collaborate with the Shemesh team to ensure quality of care and client satisfaction
• Contribute feedback and insights during our pilot phase to improve our platform and processes

Requirements:

• Fully registered as a Clinical Psychologist with the Israeli Ministry of Health
• Minimum 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience
• Experience providing online therapy (advantageous)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for accessible, culturally aware, and client-centered therapy
