Production Team Lead

Smart-Shooter is growing and looking for an experienced Production Team Leader

Requirements:

• Practical Engineer / Technician of Electronics / Mechanics
• Experience working in technical production line (processes, assemblies, control, quality requirements)
• Understanding project development processes
• Ability to read and understand assembly drawing
• Technical skills.
• Ability to work independently under general definitions (ability to translate general work requirements into a detailed and specific work plan)
• Experience in identifying faults and defining a solution in technical systems / assemblies
• Ability and experience to manage and motivate a team of up to 20 people.
• Availability for work outside of regular working hours.
• Ability to work on Fridays / holiday eves as needed.
• The team leader will report to the production manager

Responsibilities

• Analysis and understanding of the production work plan,
• Producing a detailed work plan for the employees on the production line. In accordance with the expansion plan.
• Managing and responding to unexpected incidents
• Coordination with production planners for producing work orders according to the progress of work
• Coordinating activities with the technical manager of operations, taking into account priorities
• Work in the production line as long as it is necessary to promote work.
• Willingness to perform actions beyond the scope of the role, which are required to be performed for meeting operational goals.
• Experience in using ERP system, preferably - Priority
