This full-time, on-site Priority Developer position is located in Tel Aviv-Yafo. The role involves maintaining and enhancing Uniko’s logistics systems, developing new features to optimize shipping operations, and ensuring seamless system integration with international partners. The Priority Developer will collaborate closely with internal teams to align technical solutions with business goals, troubleshoot system issues, and uphold data security standards.

• Proficiency in system development, coding, and software maintenance
• Experience with logistics systems, database management, and data integration
• Problem-solving, analytical thinking, and strong technical troubleshooting abilities
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with diverse teams
• Familiarity with shipping and logistics processes or prior industry experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Hebrew is advantageous but not mandatory
