Warehouse Manager and Inventory Planner for a hi tech company
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
Hands-on experience working with ERP systems (Priority)
High level of English – written and spoken
Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
Integrity, responsibility, and service orientation
Accuracy and attention to detail
High motivation and a proactive approach
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and control all inventory operations
Handle receiving, inspection, and issuance of parts and assemblies
Record and monitor inventory movements between warehouses
Perform assemblies and device builds in the Priority ERP system
Manage serialized equipment and maintain accurate records
Handle MRB (Material Review Board) processes for suppliers and RMA
(Return Material Authorization) from customers
Track and follow up on shipments and deliveries
Conduct ongoing, sample, and periodic stock counts
Address inventory discrepancies, shortages, surpluses, and picking errors
Generate inventory and service reports
Collaborate daily with Operations, Sales, Service, Suppliers, Distributors,
and Customers (local and international)
Drive process improvements to optimize inventory management and enhance
reporting accuracy
Ensure compliance with SLA targets, quality standards, and safety
procedures
