What we’re looking for:

• 2–3 years of legal experience
• Background in a leading law firm or in the legal department of an energy company – a significant advantage
• Excellent English (both written and spoken)
• Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders inside and outside the company

What you’ll do:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating project-related agreements. Familiar with financing agreements, EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction), O&M (Operation & Maintenance), and various commercial contracts with contractors and consultants
• Liaising with lenders and regulatory authorities
• Ongoing corporate work, including preparing corporate resolutions and regulatory filings
