Title: CTO & Co-Founder | Building the Autonomous, Zero-Risk AI Marketplace for Influencer Marketing ($92B Market)



ATTENTION: EQUITY-ONLY ROLE. This is a Pre-Seed, Founding Partner position, currently Unpaid (Equity Only). We are seeking a dedicated technical co-founder to build the MVP and secure significant seed funding within 6-9 months. Generous equity package reflects co-founder status.

We are building a groundbreaking Tech-AI company aimed at eliminating the risk and friction from the Influencer Marketing industry. We are moving from a guessing game model to an Autonomous, AI-driven, Zero-Risk Pipeline.

We are not building another platform—we are building the next generation Agentic AI Marketplace where advanced AI agents (LLMs) negotiate deals, execute Smart Contracts, and predict the highest ROI content (VPP).

We are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial technical partner to serve as our CTO and equal co-founder. This is a crucial "hands-on" role leading technology development, recruiting the initial technical team, and owning the strategic vision.

What You Will Build/Lead (Strategic Reveal):

• AI Core: Lead the development of advanced AI Agents (LLMs) capable of autonomous negotiation and deal execution.
• Smart Contracts: Architect the integration of Smart Contracts for automated, performance-based payment settlement.
• Content Prediction: Build the engine that utilizes data to predict the highest ROI content concepts for creators (our VPP Engine).
• POC Development: Drive the rapid development of the core Proof of Concept (POC).
• Architecture: Design the robust, scalable technical architecture from the ground up.

• Relevant Experience (Must Have): 5+ years in software development, with proven experience leading teams/projects.
• AI/ML/Data Expertise: Strong background working with AI/ML models, LLMs (e.g., OpenAI/Gemini), and frameworks for building AI Agents (e.g., LangChain/LlamaIndex).
• Complex System Architecture: Experience building scalable systems, preferably in Marketplaces, Fintech (Smart Contracts), or AdTech/Media.
• Hands-on Capability: A strong desire and willingness to be involved in the code during the initial phase (Coding CTO).
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Unwavering belief in the vision and understanding of the journey, driven by Equity compensation.
