Fair established an innovative platform that displays the full fund schedule, and enables friendly trading for new investors, sharks and everyone in between. Our goal is to simplify the process of investing in mutual funds and making it accessible to the public.

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Team Lead to join our team and lead a group of talented developers. This role involves hands-on development and team leadership, working with modern technologies in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers across both Front-End and Back-End domains.
• Drive technical excellence and ensure the delivery of high-quality code.
• Take ownership of the system architecture and ensure alignment with technological goals.
• Work with modern technologies such as Angular, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Operate in a cloud-native environment using Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Microservices.
• Collaborate closely with other teams to ensure successful delivery of features and projects.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in Full Stack development with Angular and Node.js.
• At least 1 year of experience in leading a development team.
• Strong command of TypeScript.
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Kubernetes and/or Docker.
• High technical capabilities, strong analytical skills, and the ability to motivate and guide team members.
