Corbel is redefining how industrial equipment gets sold. We’re building a collaborative deal room for equipment sales - a unified platform where sales reps and buyers can work together to identify the best machine for their application, review technical specs, compare options, and align on quote details, pricing, and financing.

Corbel replaces the outdated, fragmented tools that dominate this trillion-dollar industry with a modern, guided, and transparent buying experience. By bringing every part of the deal - configuration, communication, and financing - into one shared workspace, we’re helping manufacturers and distributors sell faster, close bigger, and deliver a buyer experience that finally matches the sophistication of their machines.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Head of Product to own and drive the next chapter of Corbel’s evolution. You’ll lead product strategy and execution end-to-end, from shaping the roadmap and defining the user experience to translating customer needs into elegant, scalable solutions. Working closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams, you’ll turn complex workflows into simple, intuitive interactions that help sales teams and buyers move faster and smarter.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in the 0→1 phase - a builder who can balance vision with execution and who’s energized by the challenge of bringing structure to ambiguity. As part of the Leadership Team, you’ll have a direct hand in shaping company strategy, product vision, pricing, and GTM motions. This isn’t a maintenance role; it’s an opportunity to define and scale the future of Corbel’s platform from the ground up.

The Opportunity

We recently closed our $6.7M Seed round and are growing quickly to support our expanding customer base - including major manufacturers rolling Corbel out across their full dealer networks. This is a unique opportunity to join early, move fast, and have a meaningful impact on a product that’s gaining real traction in a massive, under-digitized market.

Key Responsibilities

As our first Head of Product, you will drive our growth by focusing on three core areas: Strategy, Execution, and Team Building.

1. Define & Deliver the Product Strategy

• Set the company’s product vision and long-term roadmap aligned with business goals and market opportunities.
• Conduct continuous market, competitive, and customer research (qualitative and quantitative) to identify high-leverage user needs and pain points within the B2B landscape.

2. Drive Cross-Functional Execution

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, creating and managing a strategic, outcome-focused roadmap prioritized by measurable business results (e.g., adoption, retention, revenue).
• Serve as the primary product leader across the organization, aligning Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing on shared goals.
• Ensure efficient workflows (e.g., Agile methodologies) and timely delivery of high-quality products, obsessing over product performance through data-driven KPIs.

3. Build & Scale the Product Organization

• Define the optimal future Product team structure and establish the core product principles and processes for the organization.
• Manage, hire, mentor, and coach the PM and design group.

Required Skills & Experience

Product Leadership & Business Acumen

• 8+ years of progressive Product Management experience, including at least 3+ years managing/mentoring a team or function.
• Proven success in an early-stage, high-ambiguity environment. You are resourceful, comfortable defining processes from scratch, and focused on driving velocity and measurable business impact.
• Demonstrated success in owning the product strategy for a B2B SaaS product that successfully scaled from PMF to significant revenue growth.
• Deep understanding of the complex B2B ecosystem, including long sales cycles, enterprise buyer personas, and distribution channels.
• A strategic builder: you set a bold long-term vision and deliver iterative wins that show measurable impact.
• Data-driven leader: you rely on metrics, telemetry, and experimentation to guide decisions.
• Excellent communicator and influencer: trusted by engineers, peers, and executives alike. English proficiency a must.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, able to prioritize across multiple technical domains and set a clear vision for long-term platform evolution.

Technical & Execution Experience

• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, adept at influencing senior leaders and aligning expectations across all organizational levels.
• Strong practical experience working directly and effectively with engineering/development teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Proven track record of launching successful products that achieved significant adoption and growth
• Technically fluent and empathetic: you can dive deep with engineers and explain complex concepts simply to executives.

Bonus points If you Have

• Hands-on experience developing AI/ML driven products or integrating complex technologies into B2B solutions.
• A background (or strong technical fluency) in Software Engineering or Data Science or Vibe Coding.
• Experience in fintech

Where You’ll Work

Hybrid:

• 3 days/week at our Tel Aviv office (Yosef Karo 13, ~4 min from Sarona train station)
• 2 days/week from home
