About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Project Management to establish and lead the Project Management function within our organization. This role involves building methodologies, driving work processes, managing a team of 3-4 Project Managers, and working cross-functionally with development, product, leadership, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and lead the Project Management function: methodologies, tools, processes, and standards.
• Directly manage a team of Project Managers – mentoring, professional development, and accountability for results.
• Own timelines, budgets, KPIs, and achievement of business objectives.
• Drive cross-organizational collaboration, lead complex interfaces, and facilitate processes.
• Provide ongoing reporting to leadership with structured, data-driven status updates.
• High technological orientation – integrate technological thinking and innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience managing complex projects.
• 3-5 years of experience managing Project Managers / leading Delivery functions.
• Proven track record of building methodologies and work processes from scratch and sustaining them over time.
• Strong ability to manage budget, timeline, scope, and KPIs.
• Ability to influence and drive results in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• High technological orientation and ability to quickly understand complex systems.
• Strong people leadership skills combined with high professionalism and accountability.
