Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Analyst to join our team in Tel Aviv-Yafo. Key Responsibilities:

• Risk Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with trading activities to ensure the integrity of the firm's operations.
• Trading Infrastructure Operation: Manage and maintain the operational readiness of all trading platforms, systems, and related technology.
• Transaction Monitoring & Operation: Oversee and monitor all trading activities and transactions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
• Order Execution: Accurately and timely execute trading orders across various systems and communication channels, including electronic platforms and via telephone.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or currently nearing completion of a degree program (high psychometric score is an advantage/preference).
• Previous experience in financial analysis or a related field is a plus.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical thinking, investigative capabilities, strong problem-solving abilities, quantitative research abilities and effective task prioritization skills.
• Work Ethic: Diligence, attention to detail (accuracy), and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, multi-interface environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Technical Skills (Mandatory): High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Technical Skills (Advantageous):
• Knowledge of VBA (Visual Basic for Applications).
