Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join Korro AI and lead one of our product lines, driving innovation and delivering meaningful experiences that shape how children engage with therapy through play and technology.

This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who can move easily between bigpicture thinking and detailed execution. You will work closely with Korro’s leadership team to shape the product vision, define priorities, and guide the delivery of products that delight users and drive measurable outcomes.

The ideal candidate has experience leading 0-to-1 product development in a B2C or B2B2C environment and understands how to build engaging, user-centered experiences. What you’ll do

• Partner with company leadership to define and deliver the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a product line.

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation to launch and iteration.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, clinical experts, and data teams to build products that blend play, therapy, and measurable outcomes.

• Drive product discovery by gathering insights from users, clinicians, and market research to inform priorities and solutions.

• Define and track key success metrics to ensure product decisions are grounded in data and aligned with company goals.

• Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, moving seamlessly between long-term vision and day-to-day delivery.

• Partner with marketing, operations, and customer success teams to ensure smooth product adoption and continuous improvement.

• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, experimentation, and accountability.

What you bring

• 7+ years of experience in product management, with proven ownership of B2C or consumer-facing digital products.

• Experience in gaming, health tech, or educational technology is highly desirable.

• Demonstrated success leading 0-to-1 product development in a startup or high-growth environment.

• Strong product discovery, prioritization, and execution skills, with the ability to balance user needs and business goals.

• Proven ability to work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data and user insights to guide decisions.

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to align teams around a shared vision.

• A thoughtful and empathetic approach to building products for children, families, and clinicians.
