We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join the Accounts Payable (AP) team - one of the company’s core product domains. In this role you’ll lead initiatives across the invoice-to-pay process, including invoice processing, approvals and PO matching. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data to shape the future of how thousands of companies automate their payables at scale. This role plays a key part in advancing Tipalti’s mission to make AP faster, smarter, and fully automated.

In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For

• Translating customer and business needs into clear product requirements
• Collaborating with engineering, design, and operations to ship impactful features
• Using data to identify problems, validate ideas, and measure results
• Track adoption, engagement, and feedback to drive iteration
• Partnering with go-to-market teams to launch and scale products effectively
• Communicating priorities, progress, and trade-offs across stakeholders
  
  

About You

• 3+ years of hands-on Product Management experience with a proven record of delivering impactful products
• Ability to breakdown complex processes and identifying areas for improvement
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to make decisions and drive collaboration across global, cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and research skills with a deep curiosity to uncover customer needs
• Excellent communication skills with full professional proficiency in English
• Willingness to work occasional PST morning hours and travel as needed

This is a 10-month maternity leave replacement role. While we can’t promise a permanent position afterward, Tipalti’s Product group is big, collaborative, and continues to grow. Over the years, many maternity-leave replacements have found long-term opportunities in other product teams, as new needs opened up.
