Factory54 is hiring a Marketing Manager for the international sport & lifestyle brand – lululemon

We are looking for a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to lead all marketing activities for lululemon in Israel, working in close collaboration with the brand’s global team.

This is a key role in driving the brand’s local presence, community engagement, and overall growth in the Israeli market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns, including the development of multi-channel marketing strategies.
• Manage ongoing communication with the international brand – preparation of strategic plans, marketing reports and presentations, data analysis, and local market adaptations in collaboration with the global headquarters.
• Develop and lead partnership strategies, including collaborations with communities and strategic partners.
• Work cross-functionally with multiple teams – including sales, trade, digital, e-commerce, PR, and more.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand or retail marketing management – required.
• Proven experience leading 360° marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Experience working with international brands – strong advantage.
• Strong execution and organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to perform under pressure.
• Excellent command of English – spoken and written – required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
