Senior Algorithm Researcher – Leading Defense Company

Location: Ashdod – Full-time, on-site

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead R&D of methods and algorithms for company products, from feasibility studies and individual/team development to algorithm implementation and system integration support.
• Manage a professional team of algorithm researchers in the development of complex systems.
• Coordinate activities with Ministry of Defense representatives, clients, project managers, and system engineers.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Physics – mandatory.
• Specialization in digital signal processing, digital algorithms, and estimation theory – mandatory.
• Experience leading R&D of algorithms in signal processing and systems research.
• Strong knowledge of digital signal processing, analog-to-digital conversion, and stochastic processes.
• Familiarity with communications, radar, signals intelligence (SIGINT), or electronic warfare – an advantage.
• Experience working with FPGA – an advantage.
• System-level thinking with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with engineering and development teams.
