Overview 

RootOne seeks a creative and dedicated professional to strengthen the educational impact of teen travel to Israel. The Israel Experiences Manager will design, curate, and manage high-quality educational resources, trainings, and experiences that enrich RootOne-affiliated trips. The role calls for strong organizational skills, technological literacy, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for immersive teen education. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop & Curate Educational experiences: curate a collection of unique teen-focused educational experiences in Israel and maintain and enhance the RootOne assets portal.    
• Develop educational tools : collaborate with the educational team of RootOne and RootOne content provider to develop resources and tools to elevate the learning experience on the trip.  
• Training & Professional Development: Design and lead trainings for Israeli tour guides, trip staff together and Israeli teens with RootOne’s education team in North America, ensuring alignment of Israeli and North American staff training. 
• Program Enhancement: Consult with trip providers to strengthen itineraries, identify gaps, and introduce innovative solutions. 
• Quality & Evaluation: Collaborate with RootOne teams to set standards, monitor quality, and apply evaluation feedback. 
• Innovation & Collaboration: Partner with the program team of RootOne to pilot and scale new Israel-based teen experiences. 

Qualifications 

• 6–8 years of relevant professional experience. 
• Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred). 
• Experience in informal Israel education.
• Strong knowledge of Israel’s educational and tourism landscape. 
• Fluent in Hebrew and English. 
• Proven ability to design and lead impactful programs and training. 
• Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills. 
• Passion for creating transformative teen learning experiences in Israel. 
• Strong technological literacy required. 

Advantages: 

• Tour guide diploma. 
• Experience with tour operations, logistics, and teen programming. 

Requirements & Conditions: 

• Must have access to a personal vehicle. 
• The position requires two days per week in the RootOne office in Rishon Lezion. 
• Occasional international travel may be required. 
• Regular travel within Israel is required. 
• The role is supervised by the Director of Israel Partnerships and reports to the Senior Manager of Israel Operations. 
• Salary range:16,000-18,000 NIS (ET) per month, including full social benefits.
