Job description

The Project Manager is responsible for process improvements within the organization, planning and leading complex projects, and establishing engineering models, with a systemic approach and continuous improvement.

Job Description:

• Leading significant cross-organizational processes from end-to-end, engaging partners and focusing on maximizing results.

• Examining and implementing changes in processes to improve performance and impact metrics.

• Building new work processes and management routines.

• Defining requirements for information systems for developments and/or system procurement.

• Planning and managing complex projects according to project management methodologies.

• Analyzing data, building, and managing engineering models for decision support.

• Implementing a culture of operational excellence within the organization.

• Working with senior management and interfaces within and outside the organization

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management – required.

• At least 5 years of experience in project management in operational excellence/organization and methods in a large organization – required.

• Experience in a consulting company – advantage.

• Experience working with SAP ERP systems – advantage.

• Familiarity with and experience in operational excellence methodologies (Lean, PMBOK, TOC, etc.).
