Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinical Contract Manager (אחראי.ת חוזים קליניים) at the Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center, located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. Responsibilities include overseeing, drafting, and negotiating clinical trial contracts with sponsors and collaborators. The role also involves ensuring legal compliance, managing timelines, coordinating with research teams, and maintaining comprehensive contract documentation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in contract drafting, negotiation, and legal document review
• Familiarity with clinical research processes, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements
• Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal and external collaborators
• Fluency in Hebrew and English for document preparation and correspondence
• Previous experience in healthcare, research, or contract administration is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field
