ABOUT THE ROLE - NPI Manager
We are seeking an NPI Manager to transfer ENvue’s designs from R&D to production, ensuring scalable, compliant manufacturing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and lead product transfer and validation activities.
- Develop process validation (IQ, OQ, PQ) documentation.
- Qualify and manage suppliers for extrusion, molding, and assembly.
- Oversee pilot builds, control plans, and DMR/DHF documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS
- BSc/MSc in Mechanical, Industrial, or Process Engineering.
- 5+ years NPI experience in medical devices.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Experience with extrusion and catheter assembly lines.
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
Organized, decisive, and pragmatic.
