DevOps Manager

The company is a successful FinTech firm developing a solution that automates the repetitive tasks of accounting departments within organizations. The product leverages LLMs and Deep Learning algorithms to process data, integrate systems, and generate accurate business insights.

The company has raised $35 million and in recent years has operated without external investor support, serving paying clients.

Located in Tel Aviv, within walking distance from a train station and near the light rail station, the company offers one day of remote work per week. It employs 95 people globally, with the majority based in Israel.

The role involves managing two direct reports, with a high degree of hands-on involvement required. Reporting directly to the CTO, the position focuses on developing a scalable cloud infrastructure based on AWS, Kubernetes, GitHub, Terraform, Ansible, and Linux.

Requirements:

• 2 years of managerial experience, leading technical teams.
• 5 years of experience as a DevOps engineer.
• Hands-on experience with Linux-based development.
• Experience in cloud development, preferably with AWS.
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes.
