Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate based in Tel Aviv. The role involves advising leading companies on complex commercial matters and real estate transactions, with significant responsibility and direct client exposure from day one. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements, with opportunities for professional growth.

Requirements

• Licensed attorney in Israel with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience (post internship)
• Background in commercial law and/or real estate law from a reputable law firm or legal department
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills in both Hebrew and English
• Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail
• Hardworking, ambitious professional with high standards of excellence
• Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
