Machine Learning Engineer

The company is a B2B2C FinTech firm that has developed an end-to-end management product for small businesses and freelancers.

The company has a runway of approximately 10 years and has raised around $500 million in funding.

Located in central Tel Aviv, the company operates a hybrid work model with two days per week remote. It employs approximately 250 people, including 140 in development.

The role-

• Part of the ML Engineering team within the Data group, focusing on developing AI systems.
• Full ownership of the ML lifecycle, including building end-to-end infrastructure for feature stores, training, evaluation, CI/CD, and serving in production.
• Integrates LLMs and designs scalable cloud pipelines.
• Collaborates with researchers, product teams, and R&D to implement intelligent solutions into the product.
• Works with key technologies including Python, MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI, AWS, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, LLMs, Feature Store, and MLOps.

Requirements-

• 5 years of software development experience.
• 3 years of experience in Machine Learning, AI engineering, or MLOps.
• Hands-on experience in cloud development, preferably with AWS or GCP.
• Proficiency in Python for developing ML and AI solutions.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment of ML models to production.
• Familiarity with ML lifecycle tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI, and Feature Stores.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with researchers, product teams, and R&D.
