As a Product Manager for Gen‑AI security, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of cutting‑edge features that protect our customers and help them adopt AI responsibly. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, data science, security research, and customer‑facing teams to define and launch features that detect and prevent threats, ensure data privacy, and build user trust. This role combines technical depth, strategic thinking, and user empathy to drive innovation at the intersection of AI and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the product strategy for AI‑security & compliance: define a compelling product vision and roadmap that aligns with Lasso’s mission and market opportunities. Ensure AI products comply with privacy and security regulations and follow responsible‑AI principles.
• Drive end‑to‑end development: Lead features from concept through design, implementation, testing, launch, and continuous improvement. Partner with engineering and data‑science teams to scope and deliver AI‑native security capabilities such as anomaly detection, alert enrichment, threat simulation, and remediation inference.
• Champion security and ethical AI: conduct risk assessments, threat modeling, and security reviews; develop policies for explainability, bias mitigation, and ethical AI practices. Stay ahead of emerging threats, adversarial techniques, and regulatory changes in AI and cybersecurity.
• Collaborate across the company: work closely with security researchers, legal/compliance experts, marketers, and sales teams to translate research into practical applications and ensure smooth adoption of new capabilities. communicate complex AI/security concepts to diverse audiences and align internal stakeholders to the product vision.
• Engage with customers and the market: meet clients to understand workflows and pain points; translate insights into actionable product requirements and continuously refine features based on feedback. Identify market opportunities across verticals to differentiate Lasso’s AI‑security offerings.
• Measure and iterate: Define success metrics, track usage and adoption, and make data‑driven decisions to improve performance, accuracy, and user experience. Use experiments and analytics to validate AI‑powered features and prioritize work.

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of product management for B2B/enterprise products - a must
• Experience in cybersecurity or AI ‑ security products - a must
• Ability to dive deep into AI/ML concepts, APIs, and security technologies and translate them into user‑friendly features - a must
• Familiarity with generative AI/LLMs and adversarial attack techniques -a plus.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and ensure products meet high standards of security, performance, and usability.
• Proficiency in defining metrics, running experiments, and extracting insights from quantitative and qualitative data
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder‑management skills
• proven ability to align cross‑functional teams and influence without authority.
• Comfortable interfacing with customers, executives, and technical teams.
• Experience working in agile or similar development methodologies and thriving in fast‑paced environments.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English, with excellent written and verbal proficiency.
