AI Engineer

The company is an innovative Security Operations startup developing a platform for DevSecOps teams to optimize threat management processes from investigation to real-time response through a unified, intelligent AI interface.

Located in Tel Aviv near the light rail, the company employs approximately 60 people, half of whom are in development, and operates a hybrid work model with one day of remote work per week.

Founded about a year ago by alumni of 8200 and Intel Granulate; the company has raised $65M from a leading VC at a $400M valuation.

The role-

• Join a small, high-impact AI team leading one of the core components of the product.
• Work on features that incorporate an AI aspect, positioning the role at the intersection of research and development.
• Lead end-to-end solutions, from model definition through coding to production pipelines.
• Build systems based on LLMs and AI Agents.
• Process unstructured textual information, including logs, alerts, and threat intelligence.
• Develop and deploy ML/NLP infrastructure at scale, including architectural design for production environments.
• Collaborate closely with product teams, developers, and analysts in the cybersecurity domain.

Requirements-

• 4 years of professional experience in Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) engineering.
• Hands-on experience working with large language models (LLMs) and building AI Agents in production environments.
• Deep understanding of text classification, ranking, and performance evaluation in Natural Language Processing (NLP) systems.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS (strong advantage).
