System Administrator

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced System Administrator to take full ownership of managing, maintaining, and securing the organization’s IT and cybersecurity infrastructure. The role involves planning, implementing, and supporting system and security environments with a strong focus on availability, resilience, and protection against advanced threats (EDR/XDR).

• Manage and maintain VMware environments (servers, clusters, snapshots, backups, disaster recovery).
• Configure and maintain information security systems such as FortiGate (FW, VPN, IPS, Web Filter, DLP).
• Operate and implement Forescout for network access control (NAC).
• Manage users and permissions in Active Directory, apply Group Policies, and maintain Windows Server environments.
• Work with EDR/XDR platforms (Microsoft Defender, SentinelOne, CrowdStrike, etc.) — monitoring, response, and rule creation.
• Harden servers, endpoints, and network equipment in line with organizational security policies.
• Lead system and cybersecurity projects from planning through execution.
• Collaborate closely with IT, networking, and information security teams.

• 3–5 years of proven experience as a System Administrator or Information Security Implementer.
• Strong hands-on expertise with VMware vSphere / ESXi.
• Proven experience with FortiGate and Forescout.
• Proficiency with Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory.
• Familiarity with EDR/XDR solutions — significant advantage.
• Experience with backup infrastructures, virtual servers, and cloud environments (Azure, M365) — advantage.
• Relevant certifications (MCSA, VCP, NSE, CCNA, Security+) — advantage.
