Director of Finance - Build the Finance Team of the AI Era

We are looking for a Finance Innovator to architect the financial backbone of our company. This isn't just about closing the books; it's about building a tech-forward finance function that takes our operations to the next level.

We are seeking an innovative and hands-on individual to lead our financial strategy across both our Israeli and US entities. You will be the driving force in managing our accounts, tackling complex reconciliations, and fundamentally reshaping our financial processes. You will build and optimize a lean, automated, and highly effective finance operation fit for the AI era.

Automated Financial Operations

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations for both the Israeli and U.S. entities, including coordination with payroll, bookkeeping service providers, and PO management.
• Manage bank accounts and financial records with a focus on building automated solutions.
• Drive the automation of our financial workflows by developing and implementing new processes within NetSuite and our data systems.

Reporting & Compliance

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
• Deliver timely and accurate reporting to internal leadership and external stakeholders, including investors.
• Manage and prepare for financial audits, ensuring all documentation is pristine.
• Oversee tax compliance and filings in coordination with external advisors.

Budgeting & FP&A

• Lead the company’s budgeting process and ongoing tracking against actual results.
• Build and maintain financial models and dashboards to monitor key performance metrics.
• Strategic Finance
• Manage the company’s ESOP Plan, including grant administration, cap table maintenance, and coordination with legal and finance teams.
• Support strategic initiatives, including fundraising, partnerships, and go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with external accounting and legal firms on various strategic initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven progressive experience (typically 7+ years) in finance and accounting, preferably in a high-growth tech or FinTech environment.
• A CPA licence and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a Tech/FinTech environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations for both IL and US.
• Deep, hands-on experience with ERP systems, particularly NetSuite.
• Demonstrated experience in process automation and financial systems implementation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
