Our unique model is designed to bring order, reliability, and security where chaos currently exists. We are focused on building an algorithmic "trust engine" that will serve as the company's core.

Role Description

Job Title: Chief Technology Officer (CTO) & Co-Founder

Location: Beer Sheva, Israel (Hybrid / Flexible)

Position Type: Full partnership (Equity-based). This is not a salaried position.

We are seeking a Co-Founder to lead our technology strategy and build the platform from scratch. As the CTO, you will be the chief architect and lead developer of the MVP.

The role will require leading software development, system architecture, and building the complex logical core of the product. Responsibilities include ensuring that the technological development directly supports the business goals and the company's unique model.

Qualifications

 1. Proven experience in Software Development and building products from scratch.

 2. Proficiency in IT Strategy and technology system Architecture.

 3. Technical Skills (Must-Have):

  * Proven experience in cross-platform mobile development (React Native / Flutter preferred).

  * Proven experience in Backend development (Firebase / Node.js preferred).

 * "Founder's Mindset": Leadership ability, creative problem-solving, and long-term commitment.

 4. Ability to build and manage complex, rule-based systems.

 * 3\4 th Year Student or Bachelor's \ Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
